Media Hero are looking for an Administration Assistant, responsible for providing a range of administrative support to assist the director in the smooth operation of the business.
The job role includes:
• Call handling
• Checking of data accuracy
• Liaising with clients
• Resolution of inbound enquiries
• Providing complete and accurate information on statics
• Liaising with production department to ensure timely deliveries
• Provide support to other departments to enhance operation/performance
• General admin duties
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
• Customer service focused
• Ideally experience within a similar
• Level 2 in Business Admin desired
• Computer literate
• Excellent organisational skills
• Enhanced communication skills
• High work ethic and team player
• Experience in general admin and customer service
• Experience of Microsoft Excel
You will be required to work on average 4 hours per day (9am – 1pm or 10am – 2pm) with the odd inbound call between 2pm and 5pm).
