Pre & Postnatal Fitness coach, I offer personal training sessions & exercise advice for new & expectant mothers. I am very passionate about female fitness, and I believe women should carry on exercising throughout their pregnancy if able to do so.
If you’ve been given the all clear by your GP or midwife, then training whilst pregnant can offer a range of benefits for both you and your baby. Here’s just a few. – Reduced weight gain & more energy. – Shorter & less complicated labour & quicker recovery after birth. – Beneficial to emotional and mental health. – Postural benefits and increase in strength. – It will better facilitate your baby’s delivery.
It’s very important to make sure you’re exercising safely & effectively throughout each trimester and postpartum. If you’re unsure of this, I will be able to advise you of the correct training you need, and offer you full support from the start, right up until the final stages of pregnancy & postpartum.

Miranda Wells is a Fitness Trainer qualified in Fitness and Nutrition with twenty years’ experience in the Fitness and Health Industry. She teaches a variety of fitness classes and specialises in flexibility training.
Miranda works as a Personal Trainer meeting clients in their homes, online and in the park to suit their schedule. The sessions focus on you becoming the best version of you and are personalised to meet your goals.
During this pandemic Miranda has established an Online Fitness Community with classes that can be taken in your home with minimum equipment and offer maximum results. You can choose your class level, but whichever class you do you will know you have earned your post work-out treat! The classes are friendly, fun, and focus on the positive; everyone is welcome including children and pets!
Slim Fit Life – ladies only gym (recently placed 4th in the Yorkshire Post’s Gym of the Year competition as voted by our members) is based in Horsforth. We know how busy ladies are, always trying to juggle work, family life and so many other commitments. Our structured 30-minute workout will fit easily into your busy schedule – no excuses!

Warrior Works in Roundhay is the new yoga studio on the block. Recently opened in September, the space has been designed to be a peaceful escape from the stresses of everyday life.
Discover your inner warrior with their signature Sculpt, Sweat & Slow Burn classes. For those new to yoga or just a little bit rusty there are also Fundamentals classes which will help you master the basics.
