Our Mother & Baby classes incorporate baby bonding, as well as postnatal recovery exercises such as:
• Breathing & relaxation techniques
• Exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor
• Postures to strengthen your abdominal muscles
• Movements to stabilise your pelvis and lower back
• Techniques to release neck and shoulder strain
