Our HR manager will be in touch if there is a role we think you might be suitable for and arrange an initial phone interview
This is usually a phone interview where our HR manager will get to know you a bit better and fully understand what it is you can bring to the company and why you want to work for us.
Usually completed within the nursery you are applying to. This allows the Nursery manager to also be present. At this stage we ask you to complete a practical element where you will be asked to do an activity with the children so we can assess your practise as well as competency based questions by our HR Manager.
After consultation between the Nursery Manager and our HR Manager, a final decision will be made regarding any potential job offer.
