I am very passionate about female fitness, and I believe women should carry on exercising throughout their pregnancy if able to do so.

It’s very important to make sure you’re exercising safely & effectively throughout each trimester and postpartum.If you’re unsure of this, I will be able to advise you of the correct training you need, and offer you full support from the start, right up until the final stages of pregnancy & postpartum.

In addition to covering all aspects of training with pre & postnatal women I am also a fully qualified nutritionist. 

I will be able to assist all women with their training and nutrition to help reach desired goals whether it be a healthy pregnancy, muscle gain or fat loss.
