I am very passionate about female fitness, and I believe women should carry on exercising throughout their pregnancy if able to do so.

Classes are every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30am at Iveridge Health Club in Rothwell. Pay as you go and block bookings available.

Suitable for all from 9+ weeks up until crawling. A lovely way to engage, comfort and be with your baby. The classes are centred around your baby’s needs and are relaxed and welcoming. It’s important for you to enjoy the sessions as much as your baby and take care of your own body as well, so simple postnatal yoga practises are also incorporated throughout for you to also feel the benefits of a yoga session.
