Dancing Mummies is a dance fitness exercise class for new mums. Sling your baby for an extra workout or let them play on our soft mats!
Classes are designed to help tone and strengthen the body promoting a positive body image and confidence whilst having fun. After every class there is time to grab a drink and chat with the other mums, make some friends and share experiences!
You can also look forward to some socials through the year where we can leave our babies at home and let our hair down!
No dance experience is necessary, this is an exercise class based on dance, not a dance class!
