This summer, friends and family are invited to enjoy outdoor screenings of their favourite films, new and old, from the safety and comfort of their cars. With 80s classics including Dirty Dancing, Back to the Future, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Labyrinth, The Goonies and The Blues Brothers, to family favourites such as Grease, The Lion King, Cool Runnings and The Greatest Showman, to critically acclaimed 90s films like Pulp Fiction and Jurassic Park, and some of last year’s best releases (Joker and Knives Out) there’s something for everyone at Adventure Drive-In.
Adventure Drive-In is a new series powered by Adventure Cinema, an events company that has specialised in bringing outdoor cinema experiences to unique venues across the UK for the last three years. One of the biggest companies of its kind in the UK, Adventure Cinema hosted over 120 large scale events in 2019. To ensure the safety of its events, a number of measures will be put in place so that all Adventure Drive-In events are social distance friendly, including having plenty of space between parked cars and entry scanned via reg plates on vehicles to avoid contact with staff. Guests can bring their own food, snacks and drinks to enjoy from the comfort of their seats, with full view of the huge LED screens.
