The Grammar School at Leeds (GSAL) has an exciting opportunity for a part time enquiries administrator who will be responsible for delivering a first class service to people who contact the school including parents, staff, pupils and other stakeholders.

As the first point of contact, the Enquiries Administrator has a crucial role to play in creating a positive impression of GSAL. The service will recognise that parents will be investing on average £100k per child with GSAL. The administrator will set the standard for service delivery at the school, recognising that competition for pupils is increasingly intense so every contact made with the school should result in a positive impression.

The successful applicant will need to be flexible and responsive in order to deliver a high quality service to people who contact the school whether by telephone, email or in person. They will also be an integral part of the External Relations team which as a whole, is responsible for admissions, pupil recruitment, alumni relations, marketing and senior school reception service activity. The team’s primary responsibility is the delivery of pupil number targets in the School’s financial plan.
