This summer there’s an exciting opportunity for children aged 7 – 11 to learn about the science of nutrition, bone health and wellbeing through movement and the arts.Drawing upon Balbir Singh Dance Company’s Bones, Bodies and Beats project, the co-delivered workshop sessions include a self-led tour around the museum with an opportunity to see performers animate the galleries.Children, parents and carers will then continue to learn more about bones, muscles and movement and create their own movement/sound-based artworks.
Morning and afternoon workshops available, all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Workshop is free but must be booked in advance and a valid museum ticket is required for each person.
