Fulneck School, situated in the Fulneck Moravian Settlement in Pudsey, is the UK’s leading inclusive independent day and boarding school for boys and girls aged 3-18.
They are holding an Open Day for prospective parents on Saturday, October 6th, between 9:30am and 12:30pm.
New Principal Paul Taylor said: “The annual Open Day is the perfect opportunity for parents considering independent education for their children to explore our wonderful school and meet the teaching staff. We very much look forward to showcasing all that Fulneck has to offer.”
Fulneck is an independent day and boarding school for boys and girls aged 3-18. With 350 pupils it is large enough to offer an inspiring curriculum alongside abundant opportunities for sport, performance and creativity, yet small enough to ensure all pupils are known personally.
The value of each individual is emphasised by encouraging the development of intellectual, creative, physical and spiritual qualities. The result is successful young people who are happy, confident and ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities of life beyond Fulneck.
The latest examination results revealed 79 per cent of A level students achieved A*- C grades, with 52 per cent achieving A*- B grades or equivalent.
Meanwhile in this year’s GCSE exams 86 per cent of students achieved A* – C grades in what are believed to the most rigorous exams for a generation.
