Join Charlotte for an afternoon of mindfulness, movement, learning, creativity and fun.
Yoga is a wonderful way of developing movement, strength and flexibility in children, whilst also offering a mindful and sensitive approach to learning which brings calm and focus.
The afternoon will include yoga centred games and activities, with time to move and time to play, as well as an arts and crafts activity – allowing your children to take home some beautifully personal and mindful crafts.
