At this new Tuesday night meet up in Headingley, Leeds (hosted by Kathryn Eales, mum of two, therapist and parent coach @themotherrevolution) we’ll be exploring a new approach to taking care of our emotional wellbeing – one that doesn’t need to involve learning tools and techniques or fitting in any daily rituals.
Two hours of relaxed discussion where you get some time to slow down, listen, meet other mums and learn a simple, common sense understanding of what’s really going on for us when we get caught up in our thoughts and feelings.
Held at the Beckett Room at HEART in Headingley.
