For the very first time, the outdoor ice rink will take centre stage on Millennium Square for the run up to Christmas. Open from 26 November – 24 December, Ice Cube is the perfect way to keep the kids entertained over the festive period. Experience the magic of outdoor ice skating whatever the weather on the 400 sqm real ice rink with a special transparent roof.
Suitable for all ages and abilities, with the popular Penguin Club running every weekend morning, as well as dedicated accessible sessions every Thursday morning. For those wanting to brush up their skills, one-to-one skating lessons with a qualified coach will be available every Saturday and Sunday morning.
Admission tickets for public ice skating sessions are priced at (including booking fees):

After a session skating at the outdoor ice rink take the family on a walk through ‘The North Pole’ Funhouse, soar 30m high on the Starflyer and experience the nearest thing to flying as you spin 360 degrees in the sky! Enjoy these and a selection of other children’s festive themed rides and games.
Relax and refuel with a selection of hot street food and drink from our traditional Christmas chalet style huts with outdoor covered seating areas. Tasty treats include Pizza, Garlic Bread, Churros, Waffles, Coffee, Hot Chocolate and much more.
Bring along friends and family to the Spirit of Christmas Igloo Bar, a giant inflatable structure boasting a winter garden-themed interior décor, live entertainment and festive drinks menu.
