About Tice & Co. Inspired by a lifetime of travel and adventure, Tice and Co. is led by Abigail Tice, a RIBA Chartered Architect with over 10 years’ experience. Over the years, Abigail has worked on a variety of projects from smaller home extensions to large public sector buildings such as schools. However, Abigail’s true passion has always been centred around creating exciting, practical and beautiful spaces for the family to enjoy. Tice & Co was established to share this passion with the local community, enabling homeowners to realise the value of their homes, ranging from the blank canvas of a new build plot, to small or extensive home extensions and internal re-configurations.
About Abigail Tice
As well as being an architect I’m a proud wife and mother to two fantastic little children. Before they were born, we undertook a project close to my heart, the extension of our own family home. We took a modest three-bed semi detached house in Cookridge and turned it into a five-bedroom, three-bathroom family home, courtesy of a double-storey side extension and a single-storey rear extension. We completely reconfigured the ground floor to provide a large open plan living area, take a look at the pictures below.
You will notice on the site there are several photos from my travels. Myself and my husband have always been keen travellers, I was born in Singapore and spent most of my childhood abroad including studying in Australia, I then ended up meeting my husband in a hostel in Vietnam! I love to explore and take inspiration from architecture and cultures from all over the World. It’s great to be able to use these experiences to support the job that I love, inspiring others and getting to be a part of their own architectural journeys.
