Who’d have thought us Brits could come up with yet another “national day” – since 2005 “Blue Monday” has become synonymous with January 15th. Its statistically proven (unscientifically) that as the Christmas memories fade, all we are left with are a dented bank accounts, bloated waists, grim weather and a return to work after weeks of free-flowing prosecco and afternoon naps. All this creates the MOST DEPRESSING day of the year, dubbed “Blue Monday.”
