It is often hard to manage the exhausting demands of family life and look after yourself at the same time. I work by making every session count, meaning big results whatever your fitness goal. I run individual and small groups from a private gym. Children are always welcome. If you want to put a group of friends together, I also run sessions at your home/garden.
