Little Gym Leeds Summer Camps now open for booking
With the long summer holidays on the horizon, The Little Gym Leeds are getting prepared and have launched their Summer timetable this week. For six weeks of Summer 22nd July – 1st September 2019, they will be running a mixture of classes and their popular summer camps. During the school holidays, rain or shine, The Little Gym will be running classes alongside our very popular camps which provide children with a fabulous variety of fun, activity, learning and creativity. Themed sessions that change every day stimulate physical and motor-skill development with games and gymnastics, all in the care of our qualified and dedicated team of instructors. Our 3hr camps are OFSTED registered and designed for children from 3-8yrs or 5-12yrs.
All camps are three hours long. During the first hour, children are in the gym going on an adventure with our teachers. During the second hour, we have snacks (provided by The Little Gym Leeds) for a rest and to boost their energy, followed by a break with age-appropriate arts, crafts, reading, stories and play. And then it’s back into the gym for a final hour of fun!
For 3-8yrs we offer ‘Super Quest Camps’: Put on your super cape….it’s time for an adventure, full of exciting and creative missions. Children will exercise their muscles, imaginations and cooperation skills – working together to complete a different Quest each camp!
Themes this year include: Dinosaur Adventure, Yoga Kids & Mindful Friends, Superheroes Unite, TLG Crazy Carnival, Sports of all Sorts, Under the Sea
For 5-12yrs we offer ‘Skill Thrill Camps’: Back Handspring? Back Tuck? The Little Gym’s Skill Thrill Camps will take your child’s gymnastics skills to the next level. It’s the perfect combination of fun, skill-building and success for your thrill-seeker!
Themes this year include: Caribbean Cartwheels & Hawaiian Handstands, Front Handspring Festival, Vaulting Volcanoes, Amazing Aerials, Back Handspring Bonanza, Back Tuck Beach
Flexible Camp Scheduling
Family schedules are complicated, and you might not want to sign up and attend camps all day every day. No problem! At The Little Gym, we give you the choice of doing one half-day camp a week, two, three, or even five, six or seven! The number of camps you attend is absolutely flexible and designed to work with the differing needs of families and children.
Member and Non-Members both welcome to attend camps.
Members can buy a class pass for summer which will allow them to come to as many classes as they’d like!
