Blooming Babies Aquanatal

Keep fit, feel better and make new friends at Blooming Babies Aquanatal – a dedicated aqua-fitness class that’s designed especially for pregnant women.

Safe, fun and relaxing, it will help to prepare your body for childbirth, whilst boosting your wellbeing and alleviating stress. Suitable for non-swimmers, it utilises exercises in water to take the pressure off your limbs, providing welcome relief from the weight of pregnancy!

All Blooming Babies Aquanatal classes are run by Annie, a practising midwife, qualified nurse and fully trained level 2 Aquanatal instructor.

Daisy Birthing Classes

Our all-inclusive Active Antenatal method is an all-encompassing pregnancy class helping mums-to-be to learn their antenatal education in a truly effective way. Each week traditional antenatal education is combined with active birth principles, taught seamlessly alongside repetitive flowing movements designed to anchor the education to the body, breath and movement, exactly where it is needed on baby’s birthing day.

These progressive women only weekly classes, available from 14 weeks pregnant are delivered over 6-week terms and will cover a combination of:

  • Antenatal and active birth education
  • Breathing techniques
  • Relaxation and birth hypnosis
  • Yoga based movement
  • Meeting local pregnant women

Daisy Birthing is accessible for all mums no matter of shape, size, and ability and is suitable for both first and subsequent pregnancies, supporting all birth plans and choices.
