Dedicated to playing music in and for the community, based in North Leeds. Meeting once a month, usually at Oakwood Church, for instrumental workshops. These are open to all musicians. Participants level is usually between Grades 3 and 7
Everyone is welcome to join for laughter, fun and the sheer joy of playing music.

North Leeds Sax Lessons welcomes all ages/abilities. Lessons can be either in person or on zoom. As well as welcoming children and adults, all saxophone styles, interests and approaches are welcome – E.g. jazz, funk, pop, classical and DJ accompaniment. Working towards ABRSM grades is optional. Whether you want to learn saxophone by reading notation, learn tunes by ear and improvise, or explore a mixture of the two is up to you. Either way, learning this new skill or taking yourself to the next level will bring you so much joy, confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
