Leeds based Stoneacre Properties are back open for business, find out the changes they have made to ensure people can get back to safely buying, selling and renting properties.
The government made the announcement that estate agents could resume business on May 13th. Stoneacre Properties decided to open on May 18th as the time in between was needed to ensure that the necessary safety measures could be introduced to protect their team, clients and customers.
Safety is the number one priority for Stoneacre Properties. They are following strict guidelines which include:
– Social distancing at all external appointments
– Virtual viewings and valuations can be organised where possible
– Disposable gloves are worn to all appointments and replaced after each appointment
– Masks will be worn by staff on request for peace of mind
– Appointments at their offices are by appointment only to ensure there is enough time to put in place the necessary safety precautions
– All government guidelines will be followed
Director of Stoneacre Properties, James Newman said:
