PC Repair Leeds are seeking an experienced telephonist and admin assistant.
We are a computer repair company based in Moortown and due expansion, we are looking for an experienced and professional telephonist who can take calls, perform online admin (such as chasing for invoice payments) and keeping our ticket database up to date. The candidate does not need to have extensive knowledge of I.T but the basics would help. The candidate must be confident working within MS Word and Outlook. The position is primarily based in the applicant’s home. We provide a company phone and laptop. The applicant must have a minimum broadband speed of 10MB. There are no cold calls, just looking after our existing Clients and being a friendly barrier to allow us to get on with the actual job of repairing computers.
A CV is not needed, just a short email with your thoughts and confirmation of any skills you feel relevant. As mentioned, we are very flexible with hours, and just need some help each week to deal with the calls.
- Zero hour contract, but with an average of 16 hours per week
- £8.00 per hour
