PR & Communications Officer – Leeds Arts University
The post holder will jointly manage the media relations function for the University and aim to increase coverage across print, broadcast media, online and blog sites at a regional, national and international level. The post holder will jointly be the main contact for media and will monitor and evaluate any coverage that the University receives and will provide written reports to the Senior Management Team.
Other duties will include planning, developing and implementing communications campaigns, researching and writing website content and working with other members of the Marketing Team to develop and plan social media output. The role requires a high standard of factual and editorial accuracy, a strong eye for detail and the ability to comply with University guidelines to ensure consistency.
