Antenatal Aqua, is safe, fun and relaxing, it will help to prepare your body for childbirth, whilst boosting your wellbeing and alleviating stress. Suitable for non-swimmers, it utilises exercises in water to take the pressure off your limbs, providing welcome relief from the weight of pregnancy!

All Blooming Babies Aquanatal classes are run by Annie, a practising midwife, qualified nurse and fully trained level 2 Aquanatal instructor.
Antenatally – can attend from 12 weeks of pregnancy until their baby arrives.

Diddly Oms offers a range of classes focused on well-being – both mentally and physically. Run by Leeds based yoga teacher, Helen Terry – a specialist in all aspects of yoga from birth up to age 11.
Postnatal Yoga
Starting from birth, take the opportunity to rest, restore and relax, gently easing you into life with your new baby. We work on healing the body, improving pelvic floor function, reducing muscle aches and pains and gently bringing stability back to the abdomen and core. A session entirely for the mother, with babies present too.
Baby Yoga
From 12 weeks you can practice alongside your baby, bringing the joys of yoga to your little one. Standard postures are carefully adapted to be suitable for babies with a mixture of yoga for you as well.
Toddler Yoga
Focusing on the fun side of yoga toddler classes teach them postures through storytelling, song, dance and games all with you joining in by their side.
Kids Yoga
Let them flourish with after school yoga as they find independence and confidence in their skills. Balance, strength, mindfulness and relaxation are taught with fun, games, stories and themes each week.
Classes booked in half term blocks at £7 per session although some classes are available PAYG. 1-2-1’s are also available on all classes, particularly beneficial for postnatal care.

Mama & Me Fitness provide safe and effective workouts for mums and mums to be.
Classes are every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 10:45-11:30am (from January) at Iveridge Health Club in Rothwell. Pay as you go and block bookings available.
