Safe, fun and relaxing, it will help to prepare your body for childbirth, whilst boosting your wellbeing and alleviating stress. Suitable for non-swimmers, it utilises exercises in water to take the pressure off your limbs, providing welcome relief from the weight of pregnancy!
All Blooming Babies Aquanatal classes are run by Annie, a practising midwife, qualified nurse and fully trained level 2 Aquanatal instructor.

Bookings are in blocks of 5 and welcome from 12 weeks of pregnancy until your baby arrives. Individual classes are available once you are 37 weeks pregnant. Discounted car parking in The Light or at the NCP in The Core.

I am very passionate about female fitness, and I believe women should carry on exercising throughout their pregnancy if able to do so.

A baby-wearing dance class for all parents/carers (BUMPS WELCOME TOO!)
8+ week vaginal birth/12+ week C-section -until you are comfortable carrying them (suggestion around 20kilos.)
It’s a 45-minute dance class, where you will get to dance to some ’90s/ early 00’s classics, some Dancehall, Reggaeton, Salsa, Bachata, Cha-cha-cha. You name it, we will probably dance to it one day! With 15 mins at the beginning or end to meet other like-minded carers and their little ones.
Mama’s Got Moves is a chance to bond with your baby, connect them to the world of music and dance from a young age, meet other parents, do something for you, have fun, and dance!
You do not need any dance experience to join this class. This is for anyone and everyone, we will go slow and learn easy routines.
Baby carriers are available to borrow.
Older children are welcome to come and dance alongside you or play in the background.

Alongside my 1:2:1 personal training I also run a fitness class set up for postnatal mums. It does not matter if you’re 4 months postnatal or 4 years postnatal, everyone is welcome and so is your baby.
The class is 1 hour long and starts with a warm up followed by a variety of body weight exercises such as squats and lunges then finished off with core exercises and a cool down.
A chance to keep fit, meet new mums and have some fun.
(Please make sure that you’ve had the all clear from your doctor and you are safe to exercise.)
