We are delighted to tell you that with the exception of the café, the Arium will remain open during lockdown! So if you haven’t found the time yet to add some colour to your garden with some winter bedding plants now’s your chance.
Make sure you also visit our shop which is full of festive cheer, including five decorated Christmas trees – each in a different style and colour theme from traditional reds and golds to softer pastels, cool blues and silvers to vibrant pinks and purples.
Our Christmas trees will be available to buy from Friday 27th November, all Nordmann firs (so they don’t drop needles!) locally grown at Stockeld Park. You really can’t beat the magical sight and wonderful scent of a real Christmas tree so come along and choose yours, it’s something the whole family can enjoy.
There’s also many other festive decorations for your home, including wooden trees, reindeer characters and large stars with little lights, which would look fabulous on a mantelpiece or windowsill.
Browse the wonderful choice of gifts, as there really is something to suit and surprise all generations. Discover soft bunny mittens for babies’ hands and huggable koala and sloth soft toy characters. For the ladies there’s the beautifully packaged Powder UK luxurious scarves, and stunning homewares including a pretty collection of bumble bee items which have been flying off the shelves.
For any foodies out there, you’ll be spoilt for choice with tins of shortbread and delicious fruit cake, to speciality spice kitchen tins perfect for currying turkey leftovers.
There are also some festive fun activities for the little ones. Our colouring competition launches in December, all you have to do is pick up a colouring sheet on your visit and then share your creativity with us on Facebook or Instagram tagging @theariumleeds and three friends.
