Consultation is underway on a proposed expansion to Allerton Grange School, a project that would help meet the growing need for secondary school places in your area.
This seeks to permanently increase the number of Year 7 places at the school from 240 to 300 from September 2021. To accommodate the needs of increased pupil numbers, extra classroom space and additional facilities will be built on the current school site.
Following years of expansions to primary schools across the city, attentions must now turn to ensuring secondary schools are equipped to meet future demands.
