Hop aboard the Kirklees Light Railways Easter Eggspress and travel Byblos steam train to meet the Easter Bunny.
The clumsy Bunny has dropped his crunchy carrots in the playgro7nd at Shelley and needs your help to gather them up. Everyone who helps the Bunny will receive a chocolate treat ad, if homage to find one of the bunny’s golden eggs, you’ll win a special prize.
Nexup are the Egg & Spoon races where kids, mums, dads, grannies, grandads and everyone in between can join in, with even more chocolately treats for thos taking part.
There will be platform rides, bouncy castles, giant lawn games, Artifaces face painting, a children’s entertainer, the Clayton Flyer mini railway, our adventure playgrounds and the chance to do Easter crafts – all includes in the cost of your ticket along with your return train ride !
The Easter Eggspress is running on Friday 30th March, Saturday 31st March, Sunday 1st April and Monday 2nd April and advance booking is advised.
Each day, the first train will depart Clayton West at 10am, with trains depart8mg every 40 minutes thereafter until the final train of the day departs Clayton West at 4pm.
