This in-person weekend course is for you and your birth partner – to help you feel prepared and ready for the birth of your baby. By the time the course finishes, you’ll feel so much more confident about your labour and birth. You deserve a positive birth experience (no matter what path it takes).
The course will cover: what birth is and what to expect; tools and techniques to manage the sensations of birth; your choices; potential medical interventions; how to get into a positive mindset for birth; loads and loads of practical information and tips, and definitely not forgetting – how to be a great birth partner!
The course is led by Rebecca, a qualified and experienced hypnobirthing teacher, who has a real passion for supporting expectant parents. It is 1-5pm on the Saturday and Sunday.
Cost is £180 – included in the cost of the course is ongoing, personal support from Rebecca right up to your birth, a workbook, relaxation audios, a welcome gift pack and course refreshments.
