I Am Greta (12A) + special recorded Q&A

October 18, 2020 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

An intimate documentary following eco-warrior Greta Thunberg as she turns a single protest into a global movement.

In August 2018, 15-year-old Greta Thunberg started a school strike for the climate. Her question for adults: if you don’t care about her future on Earth, why should she care about her future in school? Within months, her strike evolved into a global movement.

Greta’s story is told through compelling, never-before-seen footage in this intimate documentary from director Nathan Grossman. Starting with her first strike, I Am Greta follows her remarkable rise to prominence and galvanising global impact. The film culminates with her astonishing wind-powered voyage across the Atlantic Ocean to speak at the UN Climate Action Summit in New York City.

The screening at 14.00 on Sunday 18 October will include a special recorded Q&A.
