There will be static displays and vehicles outside, plus demonstrations and presentations in the museum galleries.
This event aims to raise awareness of the important work of the Army, exploring developments in military vehicles and technologies used and the different roles operated in the Army today.
The museum’s outside square will be packed with exciting stands showcasing the best of what the Army has to offer, including opportunities to get hands on and meet different units from around the country. There will be logistics vehicles, a Jackal armoured reconnaissance vehicle and field hospital ambulance, and weather dependent there will be a chance to see the Force Atlantic rowing boat on the canal.
Each day inside and outside the museum there will be a number of static displays showing the equipment and capability of the many units that make up the Army.
There will be a mini assault course and target paint-balling in our outdoor arena.
The event is free to attend and the museum is open 10 am – 5 pm daily.
