Local car park information in advance of the Kite Festival this weekend, which will be held on The Clearings. If it’s good kite flying weather it’s likely to be busy so please come prepared for a healthy walk. There are disabled car park spaces in the Park car park and at the John Charles Centre for Sport. There is a motorised buggy for use by visitors at the Visitor Centre. If you want to use this at the weekend it needs to be booked through the Estate Officer at the Visitor Centre BEFORE the weekend.
You should note that the Leeds Urban Bike Park has a very large (200 cars) car park area (including the overflow car park). As you can see it’s only a short walk to The Clearings from there.
