Sessions run from 10:45 – 11:45, every Sunday from 2nd June to 7th July
Practicing Yoga with your baby helps the two of you bond and have some special time together. It also helps ease parent’s achy body whilst baby develops motor skills and enjoys the sounds and interaction with other babies. Yoga movements simulate the soothing rocking motion felt in the womb. These classes can also provide invaluable support for the new mum or dad. Suitable beyond 6 weeks postnatal (or 12 weeks postnatal following c-section).
