Harrogate Ladies’ College is a leading independent day and boarding school for girls aged 2-18, located in the Duchy area of Harrogate.
We have been educating inspirational women for nearly 130 years and we aim to inspire the next generation of women to be brave, bold, challenge perceptions and to know that anything is possible with hard work, determination and perseverance. The size of our family of schools means that we know all of our pupils as individuals, the way their parents know them; this enables us to work with them and challenge them to achieve more both inside and outside of the classroom.
Our pupils achieve excellent exam results at both GCSE and A level with particularly high grades in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subjects. Outside of the classroom there are many opportunities for pupils to excel in a wide range of specialist fields including Sports, Drama and Music. With over 50+ extra-curricular clubs and societies (many pupil-led) there is always something new to try.
