A studio in Roundhay specialising in Pilates and ballet barre classes for all levels to improve posture, mobility, flexibility and strength. Barre is a tough but non cardiovascular workout to sculpt and tone the whole body improving muscular endurance. Maximum 8 in a class to ensure individual attention. Private sessions available.
