These plans are fully supported by myself, you will be given sleep diaries to fill in for one week, a full sleep assessment will be carried out and then I will devise a personalised sleep plan for you to follow. Once you start the sleep plan you will get 1- or 2-week WhatsApp support.
I also offer a free 15-minute support. This call is here to help you gain to confidence that it’s ok to ask for help with sleep training. I also offer call of 1 hour support call for £50.
