I’ve had 4 babies myself and truly believe in the benefits of Pilates throughout pregnancy and recovery. Pilates is great for full body fitness but can specifically work on core and pelvic floor health following the birth of your baby. Take some time to invest in yourself!
Babies are very welcome to Postnatal Pilates (if they are not yet crawling).
