The diddi dance Conference is an opportunity for all franchisees to come together, network, share best practice and take part in multiple workshops to help them better their business for the upcoming year. At every conference diddi dance Founder, Anne-Marie Martin, likes to recognise those franchisees who have worked hard and excelled in different areas of their business over the past year. The awards are presented in 10 different categories ranging from marketing practices use to growth of business.
Anne-Marie has said of the awards, “We love doing our annual awards recognising those franchisees in our network that go above and beyond with their diddi dance. We find the motivation and inspiration our fun awards invoke is of great benefit to all the franchisees and really helps motivate them to drive their business over the coming year.”
Julia Grantham who runs diddi dance North and Central Leeds took home the diddi dude award, which is awarded to the franchisee who shows positive, motivating and inspiring support to the diddi dance network, as voted for by the entire diddi dance franchise family.
When asked how she felt about winning diddi dude, Julia commented “I was delighted and genuinely surprised to take home this award. Everyone within our franchise is supportive and inspiring, it is part of our success as a company and so to have been voted the winner was a true honour”.
It’s no surprise to Mumbler that Julia took home the award though, as earlier this year we attended one of Julia’s classes and both Mini Mumbler and I thoroughly enjoyed it. You can read our review of the class here.
To add to the excitement of the award win, diddi dance North and Central Leeds has also just taken on a brand new teacher, Susan, who will be running two classes in September including a brand new class is Guiseley on a Wednesday morning at 10 am at TumbleTown Adventure Play.
Anne-Marie, diddi dance founder and director commented on Julia’s award win “I can see why Julia was voted by her fellow franchisees for this award. Julia is one of the most positive and encouraging franchisees you can meet. She takes everything in her stride and doesn’t dwell on the negatives. This makes her the perfect choice for the diddi dude and why I’m sure the franchisees all voted for her”.
