Easy after school snacks with no/limited preparation

- Fruit bowl- chuck in a variety of chopped up fruits. Apples and bananas keep you fuller for longer, and berries are fab to add something sweet

- Apple wedges- fried in a little bit of butter to soften and sprinkled with cinnamon or dipped in peanut butter
