We are Gold Fully Accredited members with the Childhood Activity Association meaning you can have absolute confidence in the activities and sessions that we provide for children.
We are WINNERS in the What’s On 4 Kids Awards 2020 for Most Loved Academic/Creative Activity AND Most Loved Baby Activity.
At Baby Swimmers we follow the Starfish Awards, so little ones can gain water confidence and build a foundation to swim unaided in the future. We play games and sing songs which are skill related and also teach water safety skills so they can learn to swim back to the side, hold on and climb out when they are strong enough.
Our structured classes work towards this and are also fantastic for bonding with your little one, as well as enjoying yourselves in a fun relaxed atmosphere, which we always ensure is at your little one’s own pace including underwater swims. Babies use their natural reflexes when they are in water, so it is always a good idea to start as soon as you can, as swimming is a great workout and helps to strengthen their muscles and also increases alertness.
For toddlers we follow the STA Stanley Awards, so again little ones can gain water confidence and build a foundation to swim unaided. For this age group we still sing songs and have fun with games and also start to teach the basic strokes, continuing with water safety skills and teaching your toddler to hold on, turn, then push off the side to swim to you independently. Classes will focus on floating, learning to tread water, rolling, push and glides, diving for sinkers and more.
Swimmers Academy is for our older swimmers where we focus on stroke technique and stamina, classes run for any age from Beginners and go through to Gold also incorporating Lifesaving Awards.
All teachers are fully qualified with specialist training for your little ones. Our classes are child led to ensure each child is taught and developed at their own pace.

The best introduction to football training for 3-4 year olds
Parents, we know how hard it can be to find an activity to keep your little-ones active, engaged and learning something new.
That’s why we started Foot-Tech First Touch…
After years of coaching football, we developed a curriculum specific to toddlers, pre-schoolers and reception children.
The sessions are 30 minutes long and guarantee:
It’s the perfect intro to football training and helps them gain the skills to give them a massive head start for the future.
We are outdoors all year-round as we believe getting children outside and active is one of the best things for their well-being, as well as helping them to build resilience in the early years to help them later in life.
Our coaches are some of the most engaging and knowledgeable people you could ever wish to meet.
They’ll guide your child through the first steps of their football journey and help them move onto our full 1-hour sessions once they are ready.

Becoming a new Mum is an incredible, yet intense time.
Meet other Mums at a similar stage in motherhood. Weekly supportive, socially distanced discussion groups. Baby’s needs are of course always cared for, but the focus here is also on Mum wellbeing.
This course of 6 weekly get-togethers is for all new Mums out there. Our sessions are relaxed and informal with zero pressure for you (or baby!) to conform. We focus on creating non-judgmental, relaxed space to discuss all things motherhood. Never before has having a new baby been so isolating, we are here to support you.
Discussions revolve around the Mums who attend; conversations will go where they need to go… but we also have some hugely beneficial new motherhood insights to share. Topics include the truth about baby brain, expectation versus reality, mum-guilt, building your village of support and importance of postpartum nourishment (full list can be found on our website).
Participants will also be gifted access to our recorded ‘on-demand’ baby massage course to watch at home.

There is always plenty of time to catch up, plus you will be given access to our recorded ‘on-demand’ course to watch and gain confidence with moves at home.
