Our popular First Touch sessions are split into age groups for toddlers, preschoolers and children in reception.
Sessions give children the chance to take their first steps into football in a supportive, entertaining environment that focuses on their progression.
The Foot-Tech First Touch curriculum helps children develop:
⚽️ Fundamental movement so they have the right foundation for now and the future⚽️ The Key football skills that they ACTUALLY need to improve (not just a kickaround)⚽️ Listening skills because, let’s face it, we all want our little ones to listen more!
All delivered by welcoming football coaches who are experts in engaging children of this age…and, of course, experts in shoe-lace tying!
The sessions are 30 minutes long and run at the following times and venues:
🤱🧑🍼💃Mama’s Got Moves is not your average mum and baby class-in fact it’s for all parents and carers. A 60 min dance class where 15 mins is for chatting and checking your carriers and 45 mins to get down-no skills required! Think more zumba class but easier with a baby on board. And in this mum and baby class you won’t be listening to no nursery rhymes.💪
🎶We alternate weeks between Western Music ranging from 90s dance music, 2000’s classics, RnB, dancehall and on the alternative week we dance to Latin Vibes -Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Raggaeton, Cumbia and Cha Cha Cha.

Ready Steady Readers: Ready Steady Readers challenge is available in any library in Leeds for children under 5. There are six gold stars to collect inside a friendly and accessible reading booklet, along with lots of helpful tips about enjoying books and reading as a family. Stars are collected by coming to the library, whether you stay to explore books, attend a Story & Rhyme or just pop in to borrow a book. Once they have all six stars they will receive a certificate celebrating their achievement. Families are welcome to complete the challenge multiple times.
Little Burrowers play cafe is designed for babies to preschool. Come along and explore our magical baby playroom designed for babies aged 0-18 months. With something to suit everyone, Leeds Gymnastics Club is home to a wide range of pre-school classes. Our highly qualified and experienced British Gymnastics coaches will help your little one to develop fundamental movement patterns, along with the basics of gymnastics skills and shapes. Our outstanding facility includes trampolines, foam pits, bars and beams, in which your little gymnast will be able to explore throughout our open play or structured classes.
With the use of songs, fun themes and exploration, our classes are built on the development of movement skills, such as balance, co-ordination and agility.
At Shake Rattle & Boogie we provide exciting weekly dance and music classes for 0-5 year olds.

The Ninja Warrior Adventure Park is a supervised activity and fitness venue inspired by ITV’s hit programme Ninja Warrior UK!
You can climb, balance, jump and swing across different obstacles using and developing your Ninja skills, plus we also have the famous Warped Wall for every aspiring Ninja to conquer. In addition to our fixed Ninja features, we have a huge inflatable Airpark! A great place for supervised family activities and for keeping fit, we welcome you on your Ninja journey.
